Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from MOY-MOY ("we", "us") through moy-moy.ca. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Orders placed on Uber Eats or DoorDash are covered by those platforms' terms.

Online orders and payment

• Orders are paid in full by card at checkout through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you see your order reference.
• All drinks and food are made to order. Please check your options, special instructions, pickup or delivery time and address before paying.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order we cannot fulfil — for example if an item runs out, the weather closes the market, or a delivery address turns out to be outside our area.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup: Friday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, at the MOY-MOY stall inside Crossroads Market, 1235 26 Ave SE, Calgary. Please collect your order within your chosen time slot; drinks are best fresh and we cannot hold orders past closing.
• Delivery: every day, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, to addresses up to 25 km from Crossroads Market. You can choose ASAP (about 30–45 minutes) while delivery is open, or schedule a 30-minute window.
• Delivery times are our best estimate. Traffic, weather and busy periods can cause delays; we will contact you if your order is running significantly late.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If a driver cannot reach you at the address or phone number given, the order may be left at the door or returned, and cannot be refunded.

Delivery fees

Delivery is priced by straight-line distance from Crossroads Market: $6.49 up to 7 km, $7.99 up to 10 km, $8.99 up to 14 km, $9.49 up to 18 km and $9.99 up to 25 km. The fee is shown before you pay. Tips are optional and go to the team.

Prices and GST

Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before tax. 5% GST is added to food, drinks and the delivery fee (not to tips) and shown at checkout. Options such as size, milk alternatives and toppings are priced as shown when you choose them. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

• Because everything is made to order, orders generally can't be cancelled or refunded once we have started preparing them.
• If something is wrong — a missing item, the wrong drink, or a quality problem — contact us the same day at 587-333-1737 or info@moy-moy.ca with your order reference and we will make it right with a remake, credit or refund.
• Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Allergens

Our drinks and mini bites are prepared in a shared space and may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, nuts and gluten, among other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. If you have a food allergy, please call us at 587-333-1737 before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
